VORINI partners with global merchants in order to provide you the best prices and a unique global shopping experience. This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as Italy, France and China. Our global suppliers always provide tracking numbers and we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 7-14 Business Days to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way.
Shipping is $6.95 for US and $7.95 for other countries. We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over $80.
This depends on the product ordered. Most items will arrive in about 7-14 business days. If you're still not sure, just contact us. We're happy to help!
If you do not receive your order details
Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered a wrong email address. Throughout the process we send 2-3 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice if tracking is available.
If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us at email@example.com and we will fix it for you.
VORINI will begin to process your order immediately after you click the PLACE ORDER button. Our system processes orders immediately to distribute products quickly and accurately, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it is submitted.
Under certain circumstances, orders or specific items from an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons.
If your order or items ordered are cancelled, please expect an email from us, which will include a detailed explanation.
Change address or products
The moment you click the PLACE ORDER button the order is processed immediately and we are not able to change your shipping address information or the size/color/quantity of the products in your order. We advise you to double check all of the information before you place the order.
We will not refund your money in the following cases:
- If you purchased your item with a discount
- If you already used the product
- If you ask for a refund after 30 days of purchasing an item
- If we shipped you a wrong item you can either ask for a refund and return the item, or for exchanging it with the correct item
- You can not return an item purchased with a discount
- You can return products that arrived broken/damaged, but before that, you have to give us a proof (photo, video)
- Return postage and handling is buyer's responsibility
- Depending on the item, we will refund a part of the original shipping cost
Please contact Customer Service to inform us that you did not receive the package. After we will contact the courier company to make sure the package is lost, we will refund your money or resend the items.
