Order processing time
We want to make sure that you get your items as quickly as possible. We process our orders in maximum 48 hours and shipped the next day.
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
We will e-mail you the tracking number as soon as the items are fulfilled, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. Depending on where you live, most of the times the orders will be delivered by your local post service, therefore the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to let you know how and where your package can be collected.
If for any reason you want to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We process and ship the orders very quick, so if you contact us after we already sent your package, we can not make any change or cancel it.
Be aware that packages that are in transit to the destination can not be cancelled.
Free Shipping Orders
We will not pay for the shipping charges if your order exceedes $50.
